Nada has extensive experience as a senior leader in housing and human services in the government and not for profit sectors.  She has led strategy, operations, and growth to strengthen communities and improve outcomes for disadvantaged communities.

Prior to joining the Women’s Housing Company, Nada was a State Director at Mission Australia leading service delivery in NSW, ACT and Victoria. Prior to that she led business strategy, homelessness programs and innovative product and service development at the then Housing NSW.

Early in her career Nada worked at the grassroots in youth work, migrant services and women’s training programs.  Nada is passionate about social justice and about improving outcomes women in social housing and those homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Nada holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA); Bachelor of Arts (Social Science) and is a Graduate of the Australian institute of Company Directors (GAICD)

Megan Brennan has a proven track record of delivering value and achieving outcomes as a Senior Finance Professional & Transformation Leader and brings to Women’s Housing Company deep experience from the industry sectors of Corporate, Asset and Mortgage Finance, Insurance, Government, and Big 4 advisory.

Megan has a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters of Tax Law. Megan is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and current member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia & New Zealand and is a Graduate and current member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Maggie brings over 15 years of senior and executive leadership experience in the housing and homelessness sectors, with a diverse background spanning both NSW Government and not-for-profit organisations. Her dedication to program improvement and a strong focus on enhancing client and community outcomes have significantly influenced various initiatives and policies related to housing, homelessness, and the welfare of children, youth, and families.

In her previous roles at the Land and Housing Corporation and Family and Community Services, Maggie has successfully led efforts in social housing strategy, tenant engagement and community development, and design of impactful programs. Maggie also led the NSW Specialist Homelessness Services program and initiatives that streamline people’s access to homelessness services.

Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and is passionate about driving meaningful change in the community.

Janie has extensive experience as a senior leader in strategic asset management, integrated facilities management, and services delivery. Janie brings a wealth of experience across a diverse range of portfolios and sectors including government, universities, banking, insurance, aviation, and communications.

Prior to joining the Women’s Housing Company Janie held senior leader roles at Landcom and the University of Sydney where she led the asset strategy, portfolio operations and maintenance services delivery.

Janie is passionate about developing and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of asset & maintenance services, focussing on providing quality, safe and sustainable homes for our clients.

Debra is an experienced senior level manager who joined the Women’s Housing Company in 2014. With over 15 years’ experience in specialist homelessness services and supported housing for women and children she brings an extensive knowledge of both operational management and governance in the not-for-profit sector, she has expertise in delivering services and programs to women and children experiencing domestic and family violence, sexual assault, mental health conditions, alcohol/drug use, and women impacted by the criminal justice system.

Debra has a dedicated commitment to the principles of social justice and to service models that strengthen capacity for inclusion, equity and dignity for all women.

Debra holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons), Master of Policy Studies from the University of Sydney, a Diploma of Management and is a NSW Justice of the Peace.

Ainsley Jardine has over 25 years of Human Resources experience within Australia and abroad, working for notable organisations such as World Wildlife Fund, The Centre for Justice Innovation and Community Legal Centres Australia.

Ainsley is well versed in crafting and implementing tailored HR best practices and possesses a deep understanding of customised solutions that prioritise wellbeing. Ainsley prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with senior leaders to achieve business objectives. Ainsley is passionate about promoting employee wellbeing and fostering their professional growth.

Ainsley has a Bachelor of Arts (Joint Hons/Economics & Finance), Master of Business Administration & Information Management and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations.
