Ellen is an experienced leader within the community housing sector with extensive experience in tenancy management and customer service. She has led teams focused on sustainable housing, partnerships, and customer experience.
Prior to joining the Women’s Housing Company, Ellen held leadership roles at Link Wentworth, managing extensive tenancy portfolios and operations, consistently promoting service excellence and fostering innovation.
In the earlier stages of her career, she provided support to women experiencing family and domestic violence, contributed to youth development programs, and provided casework to young people in out-of-home care.
Ellen is passionate about empowering customers and fostering inclusive communities. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and qualifications in community services, complemented by leadership and trauma-informed care training.
