Partnering with Women's Housing Company to manage your affordable housing?

If you have received bonus floor to space ratios (FSR) under the State Environmental Planning Policy (SEPP) Affordable Housing provisions, you must appoint a registered eligible Housing Provider to manage those properties.

A management plan from an eligible provider needs to be submitted prior to councils issuing Occupation Certificates. We assist developers to ensure compliance of their regulatory obligations, and to report to the National Regulatory System of Community Housing for the ongoing compliance of homes approved under the SEPP.

Partnering with an experienced community housing provider (CHP) can be an efficient and effective option for people looking to become an affordable housing developer.
