Thanks to everyone who participated in the Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2019, We achieved an excellent response rate of 34%.
This year we met or exceeded benchmarking for the three key performance measures reported to the NSW Registrar of Community Housing. These include: overall satisfaction with Women's Housing Company services, overall satisfaction with condition of the home and overall satisfaction with repairs and maintenance services.
The results presented above are very positive for almost all areas of our work. We will continue to focus on areas for improvement including communicating the process of complaints and appeals.
Your feedback has provided some great information which will be incorporated into our Operating Plan for 2019/20.
