Carmen has over 35 years’ experience in planning and property development. She is a Senior Development Manager at the Allam Property Group, specialising in project master planning, rezoning and complex development approvals. She is interested in innovative delivery of affordable seniors and specialist disability housing through her Independent Living Villages Board role.

Sharanya is an IT leader with a passion for driving business transformation and empowering companies and their people through technology. Sharanya is a Senior Account Executive at Amazon Web Services, focused on promoting and scaling strategic software businesses in Australia. Sharanya has previously had strategic partnership roles, responsible for building mindshare and adoption of cloud services with local and global independent software vendors. Sharanya has executed strategies to deliver new technology, business opportunities and solutions to organisations and in many cases, worked alongside government departments, industry peak bodies and commercial stakeholders to power a community of world-class software companies.

Sharanya has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)/Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the University of New South Wales and has been admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia.

Stacey has spent over 13 years in the financial services industry with extensive financial and risk management experience across large, SME and start-up organisations. She brings to the Board established skills on internal controls and governance, compliance, risk management as well as financial and non-financial risks such as conduct and culture.

Stacey is currently a Financial Services Assurance Partner at Ernst & Young Sydney, specialising in external and internal audits and compliance, and has also spent time in EY’s UK and US practices. She is the Partner sponsor for Oceania Financial Services for EY Ripples, EY’s Corporate Responsibility program.

Stacey has a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) from the University of Sydney and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Vivienne commenced her career as a TV and radio journalist, and then transitioned into various editorial, communication and political roles.

Vivienne is currently an Industry Professional Fellow with the School of Built Environment, Faculty of Design, Architecture and Building at the University of Technology, Sydney and the Principal of Metropolis Consulting.

Previously, Vivienne was a journalist and former Senior Adviser to the Federal Government covering national urban policy, transport and infrastructure. Vivienne was a speech and opinion piece writer to the Transport and Infrastructure Minister and Deputy Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese. She was an Adviser to two NSW Premiers for more than 10 years.

Vivienne has a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University, Master of Urban Policy, and Strategy from the University of NSW, and a CELTA Certificate (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the University of Cambridge.

Alice’s career in the property and construction industry has spanned over 10 years with diverse experience in the management of complex projects. Through her dedication to excellence, Alice has successfully delivered multiple premiere projects including award winning social infrastructure developments like the Marrickville Library.

Alice is a Project Manager for the Macquarie Group. Her collaborative approach to stakeholder management, along with her business acumen has been critical to her success in her current work on the Macquarie Group’s new global headquarters; currently under construction in Martin Place.

Alice has a Bachelor of Engineering and Diploma in Engineering Practice from the University of Technology Sydney.

Simone has over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of government, the not-for-profit sector and businesses to improve outcomes for society’s most vulnerable people. Her sector expertise includes gender issues, gender-based violence, homelessness and social housing, and health equity.

Simone is passionate about social change and the role that program evaluation and data plays in this. She is committed to innovative policies and programs that are evidence-based but practical and sustainable in the long term. As a Partner in Deloitte Access Economics, Simone is involved in the day-to-day operations of the business as well as having oversight of the strategic direction, governance, finances, and risks of the organisation.

Simone was previously a Board member with Fams, the NSW peak body that represents the child protection NGO early intervention and prevention sector. She is also a champion and advocate for greater diversity in leadership.

Simone has a Bachelor of Economics (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales. She also holds a Master of Science with Distinction in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics. She has been admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW.

Biljana has over 20 years of experience in banking, private equity, and corporate finance advisory. Biljana brings established skills in business strategy and leadership, private equity and impact investing, corporate finance and financial structuring and execution. Her extensive professional and educational background, along with her deep understanding of finance and investing, uniquely position her to help organizations develop and implement strategies to enhance their impact and performance.

Biljana currently holds the position of Executive Director, Social Impact Initiatives at SVA leading SVA’s work across Impact Investing, Social Impact Bonds, Early Years, Employment, Education and First Nations initiatives. Prior to this, she held various senior executive roles including General Manager of NAB’s Government, Education, Community and Indigenous Business (GECI), Private Equity executive, corporate finance advisor. She was also an honorary fellow and lecturer of Corporate Finance at Macquarie University, Master of Applied Finance.

Biljana holds a PhD in Finance from UNSW and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors program. She is also a member of Western Sydney University’s External Advisory Committee.

Nadene Lee is a specialist in enterprise transformation and sustainable growth for purpose-driven organisations. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and MBA qualified, Nadene brings 15+ years of executive leadership combining commercial acumen with purpose driven governance.

As a CEO, she drove multi-million dollar revenue growth through strategic planning, creating employment pathways and empowering diverse communities. Her governance portfolio includes Surf Life Saving Services, Chairing SMART Recovery International, and various health and human services boards.

Leveraging digital strategy and AI Governance to navigate data privacy risks, Nadene brings deep expertise in government policy, financial sustainability and risk oversight, complemented by a commercial marketing and property background.
