We understand that making one-off payments in person isn't always convenient. To make things easier, you can now make payments directly from your phone or computer.

Rest assured, this is a secure process, and your payment will be accurately applied to your tenancy account.

You can quickly and easily pay your rent, water, and other charges online, directly to your Women’s Housing Company account.

How to Make a Payment:

  1. Select the Payment Type: Choose what you're paying for, such as Rent, Water, or other charges.
  2. Enter Your Tenant ID: This can be found on your rent statement (5 digit number).
  3. Provide the Head Tenant's Name and Required Details: Ensure you include your full name.

You can find all the necessary details on your tenant statement for rent, water, or other charges.
