Biljana Nikolova

Biljana has over 20 years of experience in banking, private equity, and corporate finance advisory. Biljana brings established skills in business strategy and leadership, private equity and impact investing, corporate finance and financial structuring and execution. Her extensive professional and educational background, along with her deep understanding of finance and investing, uniquely position her to help organizations develop and implement strategies to enhance their impact and performance.

Biljana currently holds the position of Executive Director, Social Impact Initiatives at SVA leading SVA’s work across Impact Investing, Social Impact Bonds, Early Years, Employment, Education and First Nations initiatives. Prior to this, she held various senior executive roles including General Manager of NAB’s Government, Education, Community and Indigenous Business (GECI), Private Equity executive, corporate finance advisor. She was also an honorary fellow and lecturer of Corporate Finance at Macquarie University, Master of Applied Finance.

Biljana holds a PhD in Finance from UNSW and has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors program. She is also a member of Western Sydney University’s External Advisory Committee.
