Proposed Works

Please refer to the Scope of Works and provide a detailed submission, including a cost breakdown, to deliver the full proposed upgrade works.

Women’s Housing Company (WHC) acquired the property in December 2025. The site consists of twelve (12) two-bedroom units. The proposed works are intended to bring the property into full BCA and fire safety compliance, while also delivering improvements to internal amenity and enhancing the external streetscape presentation.

All fixtures and fittings must be to Women’s Housing Company asset standard and approved prior to work commencing.
