New Repairs Contractors

The WHC has re-tendered for our responsive maintenance services through a robust procurement process and has a new panel of contractors in place commencing in December 2023. Contractors were invited to participate in a select tender based on their reputation or previous work for us.

The way you report repairs has not changed, and tenants can continue to report a repair in the following way:

Tenants can report all repairs from Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm. For urgent repairs out of these hours, please call to speak to our out of hours service.

Please contact WHC if you experience any issues with your maintenance service or have outstanding maintenance issues.

The arrangements for maintenance of lawns and grounds and common areas are not changing.
