We’re Hiring: Purposeful Pathways Coordinator

We’re excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as the Purposeful Pathways Coordinator.

This vital role leads the Purposeful Pathways program; a collaborative initiative delivered in partnership with Cumberland Women’s Health Centre. The program is designed to support women in the Cumberland Local Government Area as they move toward employment, study, or volunteering opportunities.

Using a trauma-informed approach, the Purposeful Pathways Coordinator will empower women to navigate challenges and build confidence, helping them take meaningful steps toward independence and long-term stability.

If you’re passionate about social justice, empowerment, and working in partnership with women to create positive change or know somebody who is – we’d love to hear from you.
