Purposeful Pathways

The Purposeful Pathways program is a collaborative initiative between the Women’s Housing Company and Cumberland Women’s Health Centre, designed to help women in the Cumberland Local Government Area take meaningful steps toward employment, education, or volunteering opportunities.

Using a trauma-informed approach, the program provides personalised guidance, practical resources, and a supportive environment. The Purposeful Pathways Coordinator works closely with participants to identify strengths, set achievable goals, and build the confidence needed to navigate challenges.

By focusing on both immediate actions and long-term plans, Purposeful Pathways empowers women to move toward greater independence, stability, and self determination.
