Victoria Tomlinson

Business Development Manager

Vicki holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing and is an experienced leader within the community housing sector. She has extensive experience in new build development, regeneration, acquisitions, asset management and Landlord H&S Compliance.

She has led teams focused on delivering large scale development programs, net zero homes, complex site assembly and resident consultation.

Prior to joining Women’s Housing Company, Vicki held leadership roles at Connexus Housing Group in the UK and worked as a lead consultant for ARK Housing Consultancy.

In the earlier stages of her career, Vicki worked in tenancy management and local government housing enabling roles.

Vicki is passionate about delivering new social and affordable homes. She believes a safe and secure home provides the solid foundation for people to achieve their full potential.
