New Partnership with Premium Strata

We are proud to announce a new partnership between the Women’s Housing Company and Premium Strata, a women-led strata management firm committed to supporting meaningful social change.

Premium Strata brings not only professional expertise but a shared vision for empowering women through greater independence and security. As an organisation built on strong values and leadership, Premium Strata recognises the urgent need for action amid Sydney’s growing housing crisis – particularly its disproportionate impact on women.

In a powerful show of support, Premium Strata has committed to donating the first month’s management fees from every new building they onboard. We are delighted to share that their first donation of $4,359 was made directly in support of WHC’s housing programs – with more donations to come as the partnership grows.

This collaboration reflects the spirit of what we stand for: women supporting women, and communities working together to create lasting solutions for housing insecurity.

We are deeply grateful to Premium Strata for their generosity and leadership, and we look forward to working together to expand access to safe, affordable, and secure homes for women in need.

Because when women uplift each other, everyone benefits.
