Ministerial Media Event with WHC

For Homelessness Week 2022, it was great to highlight older women’s homelessness and speak about our new housing in Peakhurst. The Peakhurst property is the second to be completed in a program of 12 blocks by NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) – all of which will be managed by the Women’s Housing Company providing housing specifically for older women. It’s very exciting to have over 100 new units to manage through this program in the next couple of years.

We were part of a media event at Peakhurst with the Hon Anthony Roberts, Minister for Planning and Minister for Homes; representatives from LAHC, the WHC Chair, the WHC Team and one of our lovely tenants who shared her story.
