Our vision is to achieve excellence in the provision of housing that is affordable for single women, and women with children. The Women’s Housing Company is committed to providing high-quality services and information to all women participating in our housing programs, as well as the communities in which we operate.

The Customer Service Charter outlines our commitment to excellence in quality services in all operations and interactions.

The Customer Rights and Responsibilities Policy have been designed to establish clear guidelines and expectations between the Women’s Housing Company, and the women using our services.

We all encounter circumstances that we cannot navigate on our own. Should you require any assistance, whether it’s related to your physical, mental health, or financial needs, please reach out to our team. Our primary objective is to empower and support you to sustain your tenancy.
