To fulfil our vision of Achieving excellence in the provision of affordable housing for women, the Women’s Housing Company commits to providing quality services and information to all applicants and tenants of our housing programs and the communities in which we are located.
The Women’s Housing Company Customer Service Charter outlines this commitment to demonstrate excellence in our daily operations and interactions.
Applicants and tenants can help us to achieve our service standards by respecting and adhering to the Customer Rights and Responsibilities. Developed in consultation with the Tenant Advisory Group (TAG), the Customer Rights and Responsibilities are designed to help applicants and tenants understand their obligations in a clear and simple way.
The Housing Services Team is available to assist tenants to manage their tenancy, ensure support services are available as required, and to provide opportunities to participate in the Women’s Housing Company community.
At times we all face circumstances that we can't manage on our own. If you need assistance (whether it be physical, mental or financial), please talk to your Housing Manager who can refer you to support services. Our aim is to help you to sustain your tenancy.
