Maggie Pressnell

General Manager , Customers and Communities

Maggie brings over 15 years of senior and executive leadership experience in the housing and homelessness sectors, with a diverse background spanning both NSW Government and not-for-profit organisations. Her dedication to program improvement and a strong focus on enhancing client and community outcomes have significantly influenced various initiatives and policies related to housing, homelessness, and the welfare of children, youth, and families.

In her previous roles at the Land and Housing Corporation and Family and Community Services, Maggie has successfully led efforts in social housing strategy, tenant engagement and community development, and design of impactful programs. Maggie also led the NSW Specialist Homelessness Services program and initiatives that streamline people’s access to homelessness services.

Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and is passionate about driving meaningful change in the community.
