Empowerment Through Employment

Proudly funded by NSW Government, our Empowerment through Employment program is designed to facilitate access to services that will support tenants to gain employment. The program aims to help tenants with:


  • building self-confidence
  • connecting to a like-minded community
  • feeling supported
  • creating pathways to recruitment organisations. (Click here if you're ready to be connected and we will be in touch)

Through the program, tenants are referred to a specialist employment service best suited to their circumstances. Once an ideal service has been identified, an initial meeting will be organised with the recruiter or skills-building organisation to discuss individual needs.
