Official Opening of New Housing

Official Opening of New Housing

The Women’s Housing Company celebrated the official opening of new housing in the Canterbury Bankstown LGA, with the Hon. Rose Jackson and Chair Alice Spizzo cutting a ribbon to mark the event. Three blocks comprising 24 units were purchased and refurbished with funding from the NSW Government and the WHC, providing much needed social and affordable housing for women and children. And a welcome announcement by the Minister for a further Community Housing Innovation Fund grant of $5M for our next project. Good news indeed! Special thanks to our amazing staff, Directors, partners, contractors and donors, whose contributions have made this project a reality.
