Repairs and Maintenance

The Women's Housing Company (WHC) believes that its repairs and maintenance service should be of the highest quality. With input from the Tenants Advisory Group, WHC has developed two new policies that cover the standards we have for our properties and the procedures that we have in place to undertake repairs and maintenance work.

Reporting a Repairs or Maintenance Issue

During the course of your tenancy if a repair or maintenance issue arises you can contact the repairs and maintenance team on 928 117 764 between the hours of 9.00am - 4.30pm. To report an emergency repair after hours you can call 1300 556 057.

Make sure you provide as much information as you can, including your contact details, the address of your property and the nature of the issue that you are reporting.
