General Roles of Staff

The Chief Executive Officer oversees the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation. The CEO is responsible for the provision of information to funding bodies, representing the organisation at forums, advisory panels and resourcing the Board of Directors.

The Operations Manager oversees the running of the organisation on a daily basis.

The Chief Financial Officer provides high level advice and reporting to the Board and maintains an overview of the financial health of the organisation. 

The Finance Manager is responsible for adhering to all financial requirements and administering all accounts.

The Financial Assistant pays all accounts/invoices including rents on private rental properties. She monitors rent increases and deals with all suppliers.

The Asset Managers are responsible for asset management planning, and cyclical maintenance assessment of the housing stock.

The Housing Team Leader provides support to housing staff and is responsible for the provision of housing services to tenants.

The Housing Workers are responsible for the provision of housing services to tenants.

The Access & Allocations staff member manages all applications and allocations through Pathways - the common access & allocations system for all social housing in NSW.

The Administration/Receptionist Team answers the phone, transfers queries to the appropriate worker if they are in the office, and will take messages. They send out application forms and regular updates for waiting lists and other reviews. They process bulk mail outs and ensure the office is equipped with stationery and office equipment is maintained.
