General Roles of Staff

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) oversees the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation. The CEO is responsible for the provision of information to funding bodies, representing the organisation at forums, advisory panels and resourcing the Board of Directors.

The Chief Financial Officer provides high level advice and reporting to the Board and maintains an overview of the financial health of the organisation. 

The Finance Manager is responsible for financial and management reporting.

The Financial Assistants pay all invoices including rents on private rental properties. They monitor rent increases, deal with suppliers and apply tenant payments.

The Asset Managers are responsible for asset management planning, and cyclical maintenance assessment of the housing stock.

The Housing Services Manager oversees tenancy management services. Including access and demand and community development functions.

The Housing Managers are responsible for the provision of housing services to tenants.

The Access & Allocations Officermanages all applications and allocations through Pathways - the common access & allocations system for all social housing in NSW.

The Executive Assistant provides support to the CEO and the Board.

The Administration/Receptionist Team manages all call inquiries and provides administrative support to other staff members.

The Community Engagement Officer is responsible for the engagement of tenants in the activities of Women's Housing Company.
