About Women’s Housing Company

Introduction

Women’s Housing Company Ltd has been providing housing to single women since 1982.

We are a public company limited by guarantee and incorporated with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC).

Women’s Housing Company has achieved the highest level of registration status for consecutive years. This status is determined by the Registrar of Community Housing – a business unit of Housing NSW. Full accreditation against the NSW National Community Housing Standards has also been maintained for a number years.

Property Statistics

Women’s Housing Company managed a total of 710 properties at the end of the financial year 2010/2011.

Capital properties comprised of 64%; Leasehold properties of 26% and BlueCHO 10%.
